Project Management Office

The PMO (Project Management Office) is responsible for maintaining the overall project schedule, ensuring the quality of the delivered solutions and keeping costs within the agreed upon budget. Steering

The Governance Group is composed of executives, administrators, and managers from the Lawrence and Medical Center campuses who are responsible for envisioning the University contribution of the HR/Pay project and for coordinating its joint, two campus implementation. It is their responsibility to identify common approaches in system use of the delivered 9.1 software and to utilize common business operations to maximize effectiveness.
